We pack our products with great care and love so that they reach our customers safely. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged product and the box within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will solve this problem for you immediately.
Monstomart.com has a customer friendly replacement policy to ensure your online shopping is stress free. We offer 4 days return and exchange for our valued customers. We are always with you, before and after your purchase. We’re not perfect, but we’ve made sure our replacement policies don’t leave you with any nasty surprises after your purchase.
What is Monstomart.com replacement Policy?
Our “100% Buyer Protection Program” offers an easy replacement for:
- Products which you received in “Damaged/Defective/Broken” condition.
- Products that do not match the description / photo on the website.
All the products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills and labels. Please follow the below given steps to register your Replacement / Dispute within 4 days of receipt of the product. Return Request / Disputes registered after 4 days of delivery may not be entertained by Monstomart.com Broken By Customer Product cannot be returned, **currently we don’t accept partial Returns / Disputes of the respective order.
How to raise a replacement Request / Dispute for an order?
You can raise a dispute within 4 days of delivery, in either of the two ways:
- By sending an email to infomonstomart@gmail.com with images of broken/defective/damaged products within 24 hours of delivery. Please mention your order number in the email.
Not all products are eligible for returns. To maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen and keep our prices fair, many items are “Final Sale.” Please make it a point to understand and check with our customer team which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.
- Food serving products, ceramics, cutlery, and other fragile products are not eligible for returns.
- Handicrafts and natural materials with slight color and texture differences are not eligible for returns.
- Tiny bubbles on ceramic will not be considered a defect if they are not visible on the upper surface.
- Items bought on sale are not eligible for returns.
- Our website dimensions are generally very accurate. However, up to 5% or 2cm variance (whichever is higher) from the stated dimensions is not considered a defect.
- Goods ordered if not in stock and those that cannot be exchanged for a similar product will be refunded.
- Damaged goods that are used or manhandled will not be accepted as returns.

Who pays for the delivery charges for returning products?
Please note that we incur a lot of charges to deliver a product to you. Therefore any delivery charges incurred will not be refunded to you. Monstomart.com will deduct delivery charges from the amount. Please pack well when you are returning the product so that it reaches its origin in good condition.
By when does my replacement Requested product gets picked.
The Reverse Pickup facility not available in our website, respective product will be parcel be courier by customer to our office address.
